It is walking distance to the city centre and to other places.
We would have like to have curtains( white net curtains) besides the normal ones as people opposite could look into our room and we had to close the curtains when dressing or when we came out of the shower.

The location of the Copenhagen Strand is fantastic--within walking distance to Nyhavn, restaurants and shops.
This is the second time I stayed here and this time, perhaps because I had more to compare with hotels in Europe, it seemed worn, shabby, outdated, and with very poor amenities for the price. For instance, there was no hot water in one of their best suites, along with holes in the carpet and chipped furniture. Frankly for what they charged, I could have stayed at the D'Angleterre--and should have.

The hotel is modern and exceptionally clean, has stunning views of the sea. Responsive personnel is at the reception desk. The location is nice, within walking distance of Christiania Community Center. Distance to the restaurant takes 200 feet.

We stayed one night in a family room with our family of four. It was very clean with a great bathroom with two sinks. Breakfast was just ok - the hotel restaurant had been flooded just a few days before and breakfast was in a very small area. Reception did warn us to come early and apologized for the inconvience. The location is near Nyhavn and on the water. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel and would definitley recommend.

Absolutely perfect location right on the channel, close from Nyhavn and Stroeget. Extreamly helpful staff. Instead of giving additional bed, they provided us with extra room! Rooms are relatevly fresh and cleen. Great breakfast. Will defenetly be back

Excellent central location, really convenient for everything. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Available street parking right outside the door.
Perhaps we were unlucky, but we suffered 3 nights out of 4 with some all-night noise from TVs in neighbours' rooms - possibly jet-lagged travellers.Street parking cost 250DKK per day! Incredible. Copenhagen just doesn't encourage visits by car, which is a shame if you've driven from UK by ferry. We couldn't find any cheaper practical alternative and, at least, parking was readily available.

Your classic 3* tourist hotel. But in a great location, and pretty quiet (most of the time),
Curtains fitted unnecessarily badly, so the light flooded in rather early. Breakfast pretty rudimentary, and – as so often in this sort of hotel – a bit of a zoo at busy times.

A smaller hotel, quieter. We liked the atmosfere. So close to Nyhavn and the Stroget. The reception personel were all helpful and friendly. They immediately offered a bigger room with a better view in light of the fact that we stayed for four days. It was a good decision to upgrade
The breakfast menu is the same every morning, not much variety. Very little fruit. Same sausages, same eggs every morning.

I really liked the location and the staff was very friendly.
The windows were not tight enough- the cold air went into the room.

Easy walking distance to the main shopping town and nice location on the river.
There was no tea or coffee facilities provided in our room. However we were supplied with a Kettle and cups when we asked at reception.

is not the advantage of te hotel but the city, but everything is in walking distance:)
breakfast is very poor, had to change room as window did not close, and they charged extra for the other room ,which actually looked at the canal...
